While the economy is improving in some sectors, fees for architecture and engineering firms are not increasing across the board. During the recession, many firms saw their average project revenues and multipliers decrease, along with corresponding hourly rates. Fears of “not winning” often led firms to sabotage their own success by reducing fees in order to win work. Learn the 3 key steps to get your firm out of this vicious cycle.
