The Emerging Architects Committee concludes its Architecture Uncensored 2016 season with a discussion on the pervasive myth of work/life balance:

The demands of the architectural profession are well known. When a deadline approaches, how is the choice made between family and work? How do professionals develop successful habits to achieve a balance? Does it start with the firm’s culture or is it the responsibility of the individual? The panelists will discuss these questions, providing varying perspectives on harmonizing social and work obligations.
